Shipping

  • All orders over $75 receive free shipping. Shipping rates on orders less than $75 are calculated in the shopping cart when order is placed.
  • Orders placed before 1pm PST for stock products will ship the same day via UPS Ground.
  • All orders take from 1 to 5 work days to reach their destination once they have been shipped.
  • Customers will receive product notifications via email once their order ships.

Damaged Product Policy:

  • Please check the contents of your shipment & report any damage to us within 5 days of receiving your delivery.
  • The original carton and packing materials must be saved for a damage claim to be made.
  • In certain cases, UPS will need to inspect the damage for verification.

Product Refunds:

  • Do not include shipping costs.
  • 20% restocking fee

Product Return Policy:

  • Accepted within 10 days from date of order.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.
